Description
A NASA "Meatball" styled insignia for the ISA (International Space Agency). The ISA was formed when all of the worlds Space Agencies came together and formed one single agency. then after the declaration of a United Earth Government UESPA (United Earth Space Probe Agency) was formed from the ISA.
I did this mainly because I thought that the insignia shown for the ISA in Star Trek Voyager looked way to much like the Starfleet Command insignia created 100-200 years later.
