Description

A proposed design for an insignia for Emergency Medical Technicians that are licensed by the Office of the Surgeon General. This is in response to a contest that was issued by the Department of Homeland Security in cooperation with Office Of the Surgeon General and the U.S. Public Health Service in 2005.

It was just a contest to come up with a logo for a proposed new certification and governing authority. But alas, the whole project was scrapped and nothing ever came of it.
