seaQuest DSV Revised Crew Uniform Nameplates

An updated version of the nameplates worn on the left breast of the standard work uniforms above the breast pocket. This version represents the seaQuest DSV-4600, other ships in the class will have the "Hammerhead Shark" replaced by the center insignia from the ship's insignia and the registry number changed as well.

The Submariner's Insignia, also known as the "Dolphin" is only used when crew members are certified to display the insignia. If they are not, it is replaced by the UEO insignia.
