I was never pleased with v.1[link] of the UEO Rank Chart that I did so I decided to go back and redo it. This one is more accurate in keeping with the canon ranks seen on the show as well as featuring the correct UEO insignias and also now featuring E-10 and O-10 rank devices as well as collar devices for Commanding Officers Afloat and Ashore as seen in the show.

EDIT 02/16/2013 Corrected a minor kerning issue with the rank of Lieutenant (O-3)

Thanks for sharing that link JOHNNEMO, I looked at it and it seems that all he or she did was utilize the "canon" ranks seen in the show. (and very badly if I might add) What I tried to do was make a definitive ranking structure for the UEO by abandoning the "color coding" for different departments (Star Trek has done that to Death) and make a uniform, simple way of displaying ranks.

I did notice that he listed the collar devices that I listed on my chart, with the difference being that he listed the one device where the UEO initials replaced the Trident, he or she listed that as Commodore but there is no device to support that rank.

He also included rank devices for the UEO Army, Marine Corps and Air Force. I'm working on those now.

I am sorry he never credited you for your work. I have been in that boat myself (no pun intended)

This guy set out to create a sci fi costume guide, but appears to have let it lapse for whatever reason. The link goes to just two of the many paintings I did for him that the b**tard never credited me for. There were supposed to be more, but when he vanished the site was left standing.
